Ms Mark is a born and bred New York gourmet cook.

For the past 15 years, she ran a catering company in NYC catering to such well known corporations as American express, Citibank, The Audubon Society , New York University and many others. Her trademark and signature has always been delivering beautiful, but simply prepared food.

Ms Mark also operates a well known gourmet vending cart known as Jane's in New York's Central Park at 60th Street and Fifth Avenue.

Ms Mark uses her creative talents online and off.
