Mables Song - Full
Home made Meatloaf that falls apart and is great.
- Lean beef 2 lbs.
- 1 can Campbell's vegetarian vegetable soup
- 1 quarter onion diced.
- Ketchup-1/4 cup
- 1 can Campbell's beef broth
How to prepare it...
No eggs or bread please you don't need that cholesterol
In a bowl season the meat with pepper, paprika, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, add in
the vegetable soup (no water). Add the ketchup and chopped onions
Mix it all up using your hands until all ingredients are evenly mixed in.
Mold into meatloaf form and place in a roasting pan.
On the top of the meat drizzle some ketchup and sprinkle with more paprika and bake at
350 degrees for about two hours
When you cut it it will fall apart and who cares. It tastes great.
Serve with mashed potatoes and some fresh not over cooked green beans (French cut. Mable
does want to get to Paris you know)
