Mable's Famous
Devilled Eggs
Delicious hors d'oeuvre.
Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs hard boiled
- 3 to 4 table spoons Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 capful white vinegar
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Pinch of Coleman's dry mustard
- Tinch of Worcestershire sauce
- Tinch of Tabasco sauce
- 6 green olives with pimentos cut in half

How to prepare it ...
Peel the eggs and cut in half length wise.
Scoop out the yolk of the egg and place in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, mustard, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and blend well
until mixture is smooth and creamy. You may have to add a bit more Mayo to suit.
Scoop egg mixture back into egg whites so they form a pile above the egg white.
Sprinkle the yolks with paprika and garnish with a half piece of green olive.
